What is MR. SHYP’s Package Pickup Service?

MR. SHYP provides a scheduled pickup service where we collect customer-prepared packages from your location and hand them off to approved carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL. We act only as a pickup and handoff facilitator—not a shipping carrier or insurer.

Is MR. SHYP a shipping carrier or DOT-regulated company?

No. MR. SHYP is not a DOT-regulated carrier, freight forwarder, broker, or insurer. We only facilitate the pickup and transfer of packages to third-party carriers.

Can I use one subscription for multiple businesses?

No. Each subscription is valid for one business or individual only. If multiple businesses operate at the same address, separate subscriptions are required.

Is there a weight limit for packages?

Yes. The maximum allowed weight is 25 lbs per package. Packages exceeding this limit may be refused or subject to additional fees.

Does MR. SHYP provide tracking or delivery confirmation?

No. Tracking, scans, and delivery confirmations are the responsibility of the selected carrier. MR. SHYP does not guarantee carrier scans or delivery times.

Are pickup times guaranteed?

No. Pickup times are estimated windows and may be affected by traffic, weather, access issues, or carrier availability.

Do you offer refunds?

No refunds are issued for partial billing periods, unused pickups, missed pickups, or canceled subscriptions.

Does MR. SHYP insure my packages?

No. MR. SHYP does not provide insurance. Customers must purchase insurance directly from the carrier if needed.

What happens if my shipment causes damage or injury?

Customers are fully responsible for any damage, injury, fines, penalties, or legal claims arising from their shipments, equipment, or instructions. Proper business insurance is required.

What if weather or emergencies affect pickups?

MR. SHYP is not liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure events such as weather, traffic, labor disputes, equipment failure, or public emergencies.

Does MR. SHYP package or label my shipments?

No. All packages must be fully prepared, sealed, labeled, and ready for pickup before our driver arrives. MR. SHYP does not provide packaging, labeling, postage, or customs documentation under the Pickup Service.

What pickup plans are available?

We offer:

  • Weekly Pickup Plan
  • Monthly Pickup Plan
  • Enterprise Pickup Plan

Each plan has specific pricing, package limits, and billing terms as outlined in the Terms & Conditions.

How many packages can I send per pickup?

Package limits vary by plan. Most plans allow up to 299 packages per carrier per day, while the Enterprise plan supports higher volumes. All limits are strictly enforced.

Are USPS pickups included in the plans?

USPS pickups are available but require an additional fee, depending on your plan. USPS packages are not scanned or tracked by MR. SHYP.

What happens if my pickup is missed?

Missed pickups occur if:

  • Packages are not ready or not outside
  • Access is unavailable
  • Address or instructions are incorrect

Missed pickups are non-refundable, do not roll over, and may count toward your plan limits.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Subscriptions must be canceled via the website or by direct email. Driver instructions or verbal requests do not count as cancellation.

Who is responsible once the carrier receives my package?

Once a package is accepted by the carrier, all responsibility transfers to the carrier. MR. SHYP is not liable for loss, damage, delays, or missing scans after handoff.

What items are prohibited?

Prohibited, restricted, illegal, or hazardous materials are not allowed. MR. SHYP reserves the right to refuse any non-compliant shipment.`

Does MR. SHYP store or warehouse packages?

No. MR. SHYP does not provide storage or warehousing services. There is no bailment or custody of packages before carrier acceptance.

Which law governs these Terms?

All services and disputes are governed by the laws of the State of New York, with arbitration and jurisdiction as outlined in the Terms & Conditions.
